Astrologer Partner Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Status

• Astrologers onboarded on AstroSova AI operate strictly as independent freelance consultants and contractors.
• Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create an employer-employee, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between AstroSova AI and the astrologer.

2. KYC Verification & Credentials

Before profile activation and receiving consultation traffic, astrologers must complete mandatory verification:

• Submission of valid government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card).
• Valid bank account details (Account number, IFSC code, Name as per PAN).
• Verification of astrological qualifications, certifications, and professional background.

3. Revenue Share, Payouts & Statutory TDS

• Consultation Revenue Split: Default base revenue share for consultation sessions (calls & chats) is 40%. Astrologers can earn an additional 10% bonus share (up to 50% total payout share) by completing 10 assigned platform growth/performance tasks (with +1% share added upon Admin approval of each task).
• Admin Discretion on Payout Percentage: The final revenue share percentage for any astrologer is subject to review, adjustment, or final determination by the Platform Admin based on performance metrics, ratings, verification status, or administrative discretion.
• Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: Payout requests can be initiated once earnings reach a minimum balance of ₹500 INR.
• Statutory Indian TDS Deductions: All astrologer payouts are subject to mandatory Tax Deducted at Source (TDS under Section 194J or 194C of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961). TDS certificates will be provided quarterly.

4. Professional Code of Ethics & Legal Rules

Astrologers must strictly adhere to professional ethics at all times during calls, chats, and live streams:

• No Fear Mongering or Black Magic Claims: Absolutely forbidden to instill fear, claim Kaal Sarp / Pitra Dosh fatal threats, demand exorbitant remedy fees, or promise black magic / vashikaran solutions.
• No Medical Diagnosis or Fatal Health Claims: Forbidden to diagnose clinical diseases, prescribe medicines, or predict specific dates of death.
• Strict Compliance with PCPNDT Act: In compliance with the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) Act, 1994, predicting or determining the gender of an unborn child is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• No Abusive or Inappropriate Behavior: Zero tolerance for harassment, sexual comments, offensive language, or political/religious hate speech.

5. User Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Astrologers must maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all user birth details, chart parameters, audio/chat discussions, and personal stories shared during consultations. User data must never be shared, stored externally, or disclosed to third parties.

6. Availability & Quality Standards

• Astrologers are expected to keep their online status active during their specified availability slots and maintain good audio clarity and internet connection.
• Profiles with consistently high complaint rates, low user ratings, or frequent call drops may be subjected to review, penalty, or deactivation.

7. Agreement Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 7 days' written notice. AstroSova AI reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately without notice in cases of breach of code of conduct, illegal activities, or off-platform solicitation.
