Terms of Service & User Agreement

Effective Date: July 30, 2026 | Platform: AstroSova AI

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account or using AstroSova AI, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make wallet recharges and purchase paid services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding legal contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete birth information (Date, Time, Place of Birth) required for astrological precision.

2. Account Security & Verification

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login OTPs, and profile access.
• Any activity performed through your registered mobile number or email address will be deemed to be authorized by you.
• AstroSova AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if false credentials, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior is detected.

3. Prepaid Wallet & Billing Mechanics

AstroSova AI operates an in-app prepaid digital wallet mechanism to facilitate seamless micro-transactions:

• Prepaid Credit: Wallet recharges represent prepaid balances usable exclusively for AstroSova AI services (astrologer calls, chats, AI report generations, Super Chats, live stream gifts, and store items).
• Per-Minute Billing: Live audio/video calls and text chat sessions with verified astrologers are debited in real-time on a per-minute rate specified on the astrologer's profile card.
• Auto-Disconnection: Sessions automatically terminate when your wallet balance reaches ₹0.00.
• No Interest: Wallet balances do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to other user accounts.
• Super Chats & Live Stream Gifts: Tips, gifts, and Super Chat messages sent during astrologer live broadcasts are instantly debited and non-refundable.

4. User Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment

Users must maintain absolute respect and professionalism when interacting with astrologers and support personnel:

• You must NOT use profane, vulgar, sexually explicit, abusive, or discriminatory language.
• You must NOT record, screenshot, broadcast, or publicly post consultation audio/video without explicit written consent from AstroSova AI.
• You must NOT seek advice for illegal activities, violence, or unlawful practices.

5. Intermediary Status & Consultation Nature

In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000:

• AstroSova AI functions as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent astrologer consultants.
• Opinions, interpretations, remedies, predictions, and statements expressed by individual astrologers during live calls or chats are strictly their personal professional opinions. AstroSova AI does not endorse, guarantee, or take legal responsibility for individual astrologer opinions.

6. E-Commerce Store Products

Physical items purchased from the Astro Store (gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, energized malas):

• Product photos are for illustrative purposes. Natural gemstones and rudraksha beads may vary slightly in color, shape, or weight.
• Prices listed include applicable taxes (GST). Delivery timelines and return eligibility are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software source code, AI Kundli algorithms, Palmistry image processing engines, logos, design templates, graphics, text, and database architectures are the exclusive intellectual property of AstroSova AI. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• AstroSova AI and its directors, officers, employees, or partners shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from platform usage.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to AstroSova AI in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim or ₹1,000 INR, whichever is lower.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroSova AI, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, suit, or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

AstroSova AI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.
